Rif cooks! + Interloper: The Road

The street is the path to unknown adventure, that's the premise of The Road. Singer Lieselot De Wilde and podcast maker Eva De Groote are hitting the road and having conversations with local residents from Mortsel. These stories get a stage, sometimes in the form of an interview, a shared impression, or a song. Bel Ayre Quartet plays age-old songs between the stories. The scent of homesickness and exile, but also of curiosity and hospitality, spreads through the hall. Meanwhile, Ukrainian artist Kirill Zemtsov ties all the travel stories together. Hadas Cnaani and Sadaf Malyar Cooking on stage during the performance and afterwards you can join them at their delicious buffet. A performance to savour!
